All products are sold through the StructAssure store on Payhip at payhip.com/structassure. Payhip takes the card or PayPal payment; StructAssure never sees your card details. Prices are in pounds sterling.
The download page opens immediately and Payhip emails a download link to the address you entered at checkout. Each product is a single .zip file. Save it somewhere permanent, then extract it (right-click, Extract All on Windows; double-click on a Mac).
Search your inbox for an email from Payhip (check junk). The link does not expire and always fetches the current file. If you cannot find it, log in to your Payhip customer account, where every purchase is listed, or email the address you bought with and the product name and the link will be re-sent.
Payhip issues a receipt for every purchase, and the receipt has a Generate link that produces a PDF invoice with your company name, address and VAT number on it. StructAssure Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. If you need an invoice on StructAssure letterhead as well, email with the order number.
Yes. Most documents are also listed individually in the store, priced by document. A pack is always cheaper than its contents bought separately, and the Complete System is cheaper again than the packs.
These are digital goods, so once downloaded there is no refund. That is why a complete document is given away free first: read the free ITP and judge the standard before you spend anything. If a file is corrupt or a pack is missing something the listing promised, email and it will be put right.
Every purchase is held in a Payhip customer account in your name. Log in at any time to download again, generate a VAT invoice or manage a subscription. StructAssure does not run a separate login; there is nothing else to register for.
Two ways. The download link in your Payhip receipt email is permanent and always fetches the current file; search your inbox for "Payhip". Or log in to your customer account (the person icon at the top right of the store, or the login link in any receipt) and every product you have bought is listed there. If you bought before creating the account, open any old download page and accept the prompt to add it to your account; Payhip then attaches every purchase made with that email address.
Payhip counts downloads per product to discourage link sharing. If you hit the limit, email the address you bought with and the product name; the counter is reset the same working day and a fresh link sent.
When a standard changes and a pack is revised, the file on Payhip is replaced and your existing link fetches the new version. An email goes to every buyer of that pack who ticked "Send me product updates and offers via email" at checkout, so please tick it. Each revision is recorded in the document's revision table, so you can check your copy against a fresh download at any time. Minor typographical corrections are replaced without an email.
Yes. Your Payhip receipt email has a "Generate" invoice link. Enter your company name, address and VAT number and it produces a PDF; you can regenerate it if a detail was wrong. StructAssure Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and none is shown.
Members log in through the same Payhip customer account. The monthly bulletin, the change log and each updated document are published as posts in the members area; a notification email is sent when a new post goes up (at most one a day). All-Access members also see every pack in their account.
Log in, click the person icon, choose Settings, then the Subscriptions tab. Card details and the cancel button are there. Cancelling stops the next payment immediately and closes access to the members area; the packs you downloaded stay yours under the licence. No notice period, no email needed, though a line saying why is always welcome.
Payhip retries the card and emails you over the following weeks. Update the card from the Subscriptions tab and access continues without a break. If nothing is done in that time the subscription is cancelled automatically; rejoining is a fresh sign-up at the current price.
Log in with the new address, open the download link from the original receipt and use the "Transfer ownership" prompt at the bottom of the download page. Or email and it will be sorted for you.
Native Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx), plus a PowerPoint (.pptx) deck builder in the audit pack. Nothing is a PDF, nothing is locked, and there are no macros. Every pack includes a READ ME FIRST text file that lists the contents and what was verified.
Microsoft 365 or Office 2016 and later on Windows or Mac is the tested platform. LibreOffice, Google Docs and Sheets, Apple Pages and Numbers open the files but may shift table layouts or lose some conditional formatting in the Excel registers. Open a document on your own machine before printing a batch.
Not if you insert rows inside the table rather than below it, and do not delete the hidden lists that feed the drop-downs. Each register has a Read Me tab that explains its formulas. If one does break, the fix is usually to copy a working row down.
Yes for reading. Editing the Excel registers on a phone is not practical; do that on a computer and print or share to site.
In Word, double-click the header, replace the StructAssure logo with yours and edit the title block. In Excel, the header is in Page Layout, Print Titles, Header/Footer. Do the title block once, save it as your template, then apply it to the rest. Allow half a day for a full pack.
A fictional project that runs through every pack so the documents cross-reference each other consistently: Northgate Business Park Unit C, principal contractor Harland Construction Ltd, subcontract packages Caldbeck M&E, Ferrow Civils, Moorcroft Envelope and Aldergate Interiors, under NEC4 ECC Option A. None of it is real. Use Find and Replace to swap the names for your own project, or keep the examples as training material and use the blank templates for live work.
Yes, and you should. A QMS with procedures nobody follows fails audits. Remove what does not apply, renumber if you want, and update the document register so it matches what is actually in use.
No. Once rebranded they are your documents. The licence does not require attribution.
Every citation is checked against the primary source (BSI, HSE, legislation.gov.uk, CIBSE, ISO) at the time of build, and the READ ME FIRST in each pack lists exactly what was verified and when. The edition and amendment are written into the document, for example BS 7671:2018+A3:2024 or BS 5975-1:2024, so you can see at a glance what it was written against.
StructAssure keeps a register of every standard cited in every product and checks it for new editions and amendments. When a change affects a document, the document is revised and the pack on Payhip is replaced. Your download link always fetches the current file, so re-download from your Payhip link to get the latest revision. Revision history is in each document's revision table.
Yes, if you ticked "Send me product updates and offers via email" at checkout: Payhip then emails every buyer of that pack with a fresh download link when a standard changes and the pack is revised. If you did not tick it, compare the revision table in your copy with a fresh download from your link. Minor corrections are replaced without an email. See after you buy for the customer account.
Please email the document number and the line. It will be checked against the source and corrected, and you will be told what was found either way.
The full licence is the LICENCE.txt in every pack. A group of companies under common ownership counts as one company. Consultants who want to use the packs across multiple client companies should email for a practice licence.
