Every StructAssure product starts from the same test: would a Tier 1 reviewer accept this document as submitted? Each includes a clause-mapped manual and policy, a 90-day implementation roadmap, construction-specific procedures, forms, live Excel registers with formulas and date-driven formatting, a gap analysis tool and a full internal audit checklist. The OHSMS carries 18 procedures with every legal citation verified on legislation.gov.uk and hse.gov.uk; the EMS carries 16 procedures and a 46-obligation legal register with every statutory instrument number checked, plus a carbon and energy log on the current DESNZ conversion factors. These documents support certification by a UKAS-accredited body; they do not confer it, and the gap analysis tells you what is left to do.

Construction health and safety documentation has to satisfy the principal contractor's adviser before the first hour of work and the HSE inspector afterwards, and generic templates fail both. Compliance and handover documents are reviewed by people with statutory powers or a cheque to withhold, so they have to be complete on the day. The Building Regulations and Building Safety Act Compliance Pack (England) gives a contractor the compliance plan with worked examples for a standard and a higher-risk building, dutyholder appointments and competence records, the Approved Document matrix, Regulation 38 and golden thread schedules, Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 checklists, change control and mandatory occurrence reporting, with every regulation number and day count checked on legislation.gov.uk. The Handover and Close-Out Pack has a 131-line deliverables schedule across seven disciplines with the governing standard on each line, the snagging and defects register, practical completion checklist, handover certificate, certificate and warranty register and the CDM health and safety file checklist. The Housing and Fit-Out Completion Pack adds the 211-line plot completion checklist, the New Homes Quality Code pre-completion inspection record with the Code's complaint clocks, and CAT A and CAT B fit-out checklists.
