This is a worked ITP from the pack, not a stock image.

The same inspection and test plan a Tier 1 reviewer expects to receive, completed for a worked M&E package. Every pack document looks like this: branded, specific and ready to edit.

What people say

★★★★★

Brilliant resource for construction professionals

The templates are well laid out, detailed and easy to customise to suit different projects. It's clear they've been developed with a proper understanding of how things work on site, rather than just being generic documents. A great time-saver, particularly for anyone responsible for quality assurance, inspections and project handovers.

Why these get accepted

  • Cited to the current edition of every standard, checked on the day of build (BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 for electrical scope, BS EN 61439 for assemblies)
  • Worked, not blank: you edit a real example rather than guess the structure
  • Independently reviewed by a second chartered professional before release
  • Written by someone who has reviewed and rejected ITPs for a living, on major UK programmes
Is it worth £195?

One rejected ITP costs more than the pack.

A single plan returned for rework is days of delay and a reviewer who now reads everything else twice as hard. The pack is thirteen activities done to the standard that gets accepted, reusable on every project your company runs, for one payment. Build your own from scratch and the first one alone takes longer than the pack costs.

Questions

Before you buy

What format are the ITPs in?

Native Excel, unlocked. Put your logo in the header, edit the details for your project and reuse them on as many of your own jobs as you like. You may not resell them or supply them to another company as your own product.

How do I get the files?

Checkout is through Payhip. The download page opens immediately after payment and the link is also emailed to you, so you have the files within a minute of buying.

Will a principal contractor accept a bought-in ITP?

They accept an ITP that is specific to the activity, with clause-level acceptance criteria, hold and witness points and named records. That is exactly how these are written. You edit the specifics for your job; the structure is already the shape a reviewer expects.

What happens when a standard changes?

The documents are kept current against our standards register, and when a cited standard is revised the affected document is updated and re-issued to your Payhip download page at no extra cost for twelve months.

My activity is not in the pack.

Use the blank template, laid out identically, and borrow the nearest worked example for the structure. If you tell us the activity we will say honestly whether the pack fits: email before you buy.

Need more than M&E? The full ITP libraries cover civils, structural, specialist trades and renewables, and everything is in the Complete Site Quality System.
